Overview

Job Title : UX Researcher Location : Remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives for internal and external product experiences, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Conduct diverse studies, including ethnographic research, surveys, and statistical analysis, to gather comprehensive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and inform decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to set research goals and timelines.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and activities to align cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and SQL queries.
  • Experience with research vendors and conducting primary and secondary research.
  • Strong track record of delivering impactful insights in complex problem areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.

    • Bonus Skills

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology.
  • Coding or scripting abilities.
  • Experience with cross-cultural and international research.
  • Expertise in accessibility research methods.
  • Creative storytelling and workshop design skills.
