Job Description : Director of Sales EnablementPosition SummaryThe Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of programs that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the sales organization. This role partners with sales, marketing, product, and HR leadership to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, training, and content needed to successfully drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of sales onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define best practices, methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the creation and management of sales tools, playbooks, and content resources.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Implement technology solutions (CRM, LMS, sales enablement platforms) to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales enablement team.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on enablement impact, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, sales enablement, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales enablement programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM platforms, and enablement technologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
