Pay Range : $33 - $57 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care for a variety of medical conditions.

Collaborate closely with providers, care teams, and patients to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Serve as a patient advocate — providing education, comfort, and clarity to patients and their families.

Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately.

Participate in continuous quality improvement and shared governance initiatives.

Mentor and support peers through collaboration, leadership, and professionalism.

Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and ethical nursing practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

Key Skills;BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .

Active RN License (GA or Compact State)

BLS Certification (AHA required)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
