Senior Solutions Engineer (Digital Channels)

Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the development and optimization of digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of front-end development, content management, and scalable architecture. You'll collaborate with product teams, guide junior engineers, and drive forward-thinking solutions that improve user experiences and business outcomes.

Location : Arizona (Remote)

Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $110,000-$140,000 base plus bonus eligibility of 10-12%

What You'll Do :

Develop and enhance web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js to support evolving customer needs.
Integrate front-end solutions with Sitecore CMS and back-end systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Collaborate across teams to implement new features, automate processes, and maintain system performance and reliability.
Contribute to architectural planning and help evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices for continuous improvement.

What Gets You the Job :

Proven experience with React and React Native in enterprise web and mobile application development.

Strong hands-on skills with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore certification or deep content management experience preferred).

Full-stack capabilities, including API integration and collaboration with back-end systems.

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to guide others and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
