Job Summary :

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is looking for a nurse practitioner to join a thriving primary care practice.

Qualified Candidates :

• Join a well-established practice comprising 6 seasoned providers : 5 family medicine physicians and 1 advanced practice providers (APPs).
• The incoming provider will operate independently, managing their own patient roster.
• Office operates during traditional hours, Monday through Friday.
• All providers share in telephone call duties on a weekly rotation.
• Minimal office-based surgical procedures performed, such as sutures and wound packing, typically handled by physicians.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
• Step into an established patient panel from day one.
