Essential Functions

• Receiving Materials : Unload shipments, verify contents against invoices, inspect for damage, and complete Goods Receipt transactions in SAP.
• Storing Materials : Organize and label inventory in designated storage locations (racks, shelves, or bins); maintain proper documentation of item placement.
• Inventory Management : Perform routine cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with internal and external audits.
• Material Distribution : Pick and stage materials for production or shipment. Deliver items to proper departments and communicate delivery completion to internal partners.
• Shipping & Packing : Package finished goods, generate shipping labels and documentation, and assist with outbound shipment coordination.
• Operating Equipment : Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform daily equipment safety checks and report issues.
• Cleanliness & Safety : Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Follow all safety protocols and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Additional Duties :
• Issue purchase orders and assist with tracking inbound shipments.
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, service, and operations to meet material deadlines.
• Support process improvement initiatives such as 5S and lean practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
