MD² is hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team in our Bellevue corporate office. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who enjoys staying busy, responding to multiple phone and email inquiries, and sharing excitement about the business. You are a customer-centric multitasker who is comfortable using CRM software to support the lead process. You’re a motivated professional with three (3) years of experience in business development, inside sales or call center environments. You’re often the one who asks what more you can do to help. You might describe yourself as a natural conversationalist, an engaging communicator, a dependable teammate, and someone who values high-end luxury service experiences.

A Day in the Life :

First 60 days : 8-5pm working hours

After Training : 7-4pm PST working hours

Must be within a 4 hour travel radius (flight or drive) outside of Bellevue, WA, for the quarterly in-person team workshop.

As we open luxury concierge medical practices across the country, prospective patients will be reaching out to you for information and assistance on how to become a patient of MD². You will be responsible for eloquently explaining the benefits of joining MD², overcoming any objections, and maintaining a high-touch and white-glove experience through the completion of the enrollment process. You will monitor, track, and update all prospective inquiries in our HubSpot CRM system. You will work on a wide variety of tasks, with the goal of accelerating patient acquisition within our new MD² practices. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Answer incoming inquiries from prospective patients about our MD² concierge medical practices
  • Represent the elevated MD² brand and culture during all conversations with prospective patients and physicians
  • Qualify prospective patients for referral to doctors in our concierge practices across the country
  • Prepare the doctors for each referral with a summary that provides the necessary patient details for a seamless handoff experience
  • Follow up with the physicians after they meet with the prospective patient to discuss next steps
  • Follow up with prospective patients to complete enrollment paperwork.
  • Put prospective inquiries and business leads in our CRM system and document all interactions from initial contact through successful enrollment
  • Help us define best practices and tools, reports, and systems to continuously improve the patient acquisition process

Qualifications :

  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated integrity, professional demeanor, and maturity in the workplace
  • Must have a proven track record of tracking inbound inquiries and reporting on sales metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects effectively, and comply with deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to be highly detail-oriented and maintain accuracy at all tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels within and outside the company in a professional manner, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Appreciation of, and ability to comply with, the unique nature of our concierge healthcare delivery and related demands
  • Ability and willingness to comply with all company and industry operational standards and requirements
  • Ability and willingness to provide impeccable customer service in all aspects of the work
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM systems and knowledge of contact management processes
  • Ability to maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You pride yourself on your conversational prowess!
  • Education and Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development, inside sales role or call center role. Preferably in the luxury goods or services space (e.g., high-end real estate, luxury retail, or hospitality)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Concierge / membership services experience is a plus
  • Or any combination of education and experience that provides the same expertise
  • CRM software experience, HubSpot preferred
