Join our White Elephant Aspen Team , part of White Elephant Resorts , a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen .

White Elephant Aspen is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Experience Curator to design and deliver unforgettable moments for our guests. From elegant in-room amenities to bespoke itineraries that showcase Aspen’s world-class offerings, this role is key to shaping the guest journey with authenticity, warmth, and local flair.

As Experience Curator, you’ll be part stylist, part concierge, part host—crafting refined hospitality touchpoints that elevate every stay.

Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Ideal start date December 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

Curate and maintain daily hospitality stations (e.g., coffee, tea, seasonal infusions)

Lead the execution of our amenity program , from welcome gifts to personalized room touches

Design and assemble luxury in-room and event amenities (e.g., charcuterie boards , floral arrangements )

Partner with the Concierge team to build curated guest itineraries and experiences

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary to ensure seamless, anticipatory service

Build relationships with local artisans, restaurants, guides, and cultural partners

Support in-house activations and seasonal events—indoors and outdoors

Maintain inventory and presentation standards aligned with the White Elephant brand

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s as comfortable arranging flowers and prepping welcome trays as they are hosting luxury guests or collaborating with vendors.

Qualifications :

Strong guest service mindset with impeccable attention to detail

Experience in hospitality, events, guest experience, or lifestyle programming

Knowledge of Aspen’s local culture , dining, shopping, recreation, and events

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfort working independently and with cross-functional teams

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and support on-foot guest services indoors and outdoors

English fluency (spoken and written)

Luxury resort, boutique hotel, or concierge experience preferred
