We are seeking an attorney who has at least 3 years of experience practicing family law to join our growing team (clerkships with judges in domestic relations are included for purposes of experience). The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day and routine family law matters independently while also partnering with senior attorneys on complex, high-stakes cases. Although this position is in-person, the firm recognizes that employees often integrate a mix of office and remote work in their weekly routines and the firm will support remote work in appropriate circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits :
Base Compensation : $125,000 to $155,000
Clerkship Bonus : $5,000 for law clerks who (after passing the bar) worked full-time for a Colorado district court judge or magistrate presiding over family law cases
Business Origination Income : For each case that the attorney originates to the firm, the attorney will receive 15% of the collected case profit (revenue minus cases expenses), paid monthly, in addition to salary
Annual Bonus : Based on firm and employee performance
Comprehensive Insurance Benefits : The firm will pay 100% of the employee's premiums for the firm's group insurance plans, which are comprehensive health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and long-term disability. This benefit is valued at approximately $650 per month or $7,800 annually
Retirement Plan : 401(k) with employer-guaranteed payment of 3.5% regardless of employee contribution
Business Development Fund : They attorney is provided with an annual $2,000 fund to use at the attorney's discretion for business development and client generation initiatives

Parking : 100% employer-paid parking

Attorney Registration, Bar Association Dues, and CLE Compliance : The firm will pay 100% of these costs
