Lead Doctor / Medical Director Opportunity

Happy Tails Veterinary Center has been serving the Aurora, Colorado, community since 2012. We are a full-service animal hospital and offer our patients gold standard, AAHA accredited care. We are currently a three-doctor practice, with a collaborative doctor team and excellent support staff. We are looking for a lead doctor / medical director to help us continue to grow our practice and serve our clients.

Our mission is to increase the bond between pets and their owners, to advocate for pet health and wellbeing through client education, and to strive for quality care. To do that, we have a beautiful, updated practice that includes high-quality equipment, such as ultrasound, endoscopy, laser therapy, and laparoscopy. We also offer a multimodal approach to help our patients with pain management.

The Hospital Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and people management within our fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary hospital. The main responsibilities of the Hospital Manager center around business / P&L management, HR functions including hiring / staffing, training, performance management, and instituting / maintaining compliance with policies and procedures that ensure safe and efficient practices within the hospital environment.
