About the team and position

As part of Carvana's Marketplaces Financial Planning & Analysis team, you'll fuel the growth of Carvana's auto auction subsidiary, ADESA, by diving into complex datasets from diverse sources. Your work will enhance speed, cost, and quality across our nation-wide portfolio. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team drives strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance across the organization. By leveraging our proven strategies and collaborating with our internal network of trailblazers, you'll work to integrate ADESA into Carvana's broader business. Our team collaborates closely with various departments to analyze financial trends, develop comprehensive forecasts, manage incentive compensation, and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives.

We're looking to hire a motivated and high-energy Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who will help provide financial support as well as accurate and timely management information to ADESA and Carvana's leadership team. You will also be responsible for assisting the development and maintenance of the Financial Planning and Analysis process to collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information. The position reports into the Director of FP&A.
