We're seeking an Operations Administrator to support our Operations Manager in driving the daily operations of our dynamic and expanding business. This is not just an admin job — it’s your launchpad into the booming medical industry, with a potential career track into medical sales or field operations .

What You’ll Do

As our Operations Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include :

Assisting with scheduling, service coordination, and logistics for equipment maintenance and field service

Entering and managing service data in our CRM and ERP systems

Generating and analyzing operational reports to support decision-making

Assisting with billing, inventory management, and vendor communications

Providing administrative support to field engineers and leadership

Supporting ongoing projects that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

A driven, adaptable team player eager to learn and grow

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience with basic accounting, data entry, and reporting (plus!)

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into insights

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and / or G Suite (Excel / Sheets in particular)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Points If You Have :

• Experience working in healthcare, tech, logistics, or field service
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• A desire to grow into medical sales or a customer-facing operational role
• Bilingual- Spanish Speaker
