A company is looking for an HR Business Partner who will engage in strategic partnership and hands-on HR execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR partner for various teams, providing coaching and strategic guidance
Lead employee relations efforts and drive engagement and retention strategies
Oversee full-cycle recruiting and ensure HR compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist and HRBP roles
Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance across multiple states
Experience supporting business functions such as sales, marketing, or finance
Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred
