Metric Geo are partnered with a leading site development contractor specializing in large scale mission-critical and commercial projects up to 100+ acres. They’re seeking a Senior Estimator to strengthen their preconstruction team and drive success on high-demand data center and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do

Review site / civil drawings and complete accurate take-offs
Prepare detailed bids and proposals for site / earthwork packages
Source, solicit, and negotiate subcontractor / supplier quotes
Support smooth handoff of awarded projects to operations teams

What You Bring

Experience in site development / earthwork estimating

Strong ability to read and interpret site / civil drawings

Proficiency with MS Office (AGTEK / Bluebeam preferred)

Civil Engineering degree preferred, not required
