Bar Contra, a new (ish) concept from acclaimed chefs, Jeremiah Stone, Fabián von Hauske and Dave Arnold, is looking to fill a unique production / receiver position that is vital to the ongoing success of the brand. This is 8am - 4pm, 4 day a week position.
Bar Contra is a very modern bar program that uses many of the techniques from Dave's book, Liquid Intelligence with our goal being to be the very best bar we can be each and every day.
The right person for the job will have some basic understanding of bar production, reading recipes, strong organization skills and a thirst for knowledge. Some kitchen experience is a huge plus.
Must be fluent in English and have basic computer skills.
