Senior Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting and forecasting for operating costs and capital expenditures across multiple sites

Manage power revenue and cost forecasts, partnering with Operations on energy efficiency projects

Oversee real estate tax tracking and support commercial lease negotiations and budgeting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

Experience with financial reporting tools and systems, preferably Oracle

Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

Knowledge of real estate and lease management principles
