Designs, develops, evaluates, and improves global leadership courses that support developing talent for the organization. Collaborates with global and divisional L&D teams and subject matter experts to co-create solutions. Leads a design team that thinks creatively and innovatively to create a fun and engaging learning experience for all TJX Associates across stores, distribution centers, and office environments.

Major Areas Of Responsibility

• Leads design of learning for global leadership courses, HR priorities, acceleration programs and other solutions to meet business needs.
• Drives work forward through global teams, gaining input and alignment on solutions.
• Partners globally to identify leadership development needs and co-creates solutions to meet needs.
• Designs and develops learning solutions in various modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, etc.).
• Partners with the Global Operations / Learning Technology team to ensure a positive end-to-end learning experience in all modalities.
• Partners with Talent Analytics on the ongoing evaluation process for global learning solutions. Ensures evaluations are in place to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning.
• Keeps up to date on the market, understanding what new learning technologies or content areas are being used by other companies
• Provides design support and consultation for others in Global Talent Management and the wider TJX business groups.
• Leads a team of learning experience designers to develop learning solutions that meet business needs.
• Performs other duties as required.
