Description

Responsibilities : Assists sales employees with processing and tracking of orders by performing the following duties. Please note this position is not limited to what is listed below.

• Assists sales in developing a high standard of professional customer service through timely quotation response, order entry, and discrepancy resolutions.
• Assists sales in obtaining and relating customer issues and inventory data to management.
• Communicates effectively with sales employees and customers.
• Process and track material processing orders with outside vendors
• Place stock buy orders at the branch level
