Job Objective :

In this role, you will support the management and coordination of technical projects from initiation through completion, helping to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assist in delivering cloud-based solutions and driving innovation.

Note : This position is 100% remote, with up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities :

Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based and software development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure alignment on objectives and support meeting project milestones, scope, schedule, and budget.

Help develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks.

Monitor project risks and dependencies, escalating potential issues to project managers and supporting risk mitigation efforts.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong client relationships and clear communication regarding project status and activities.

Support agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

Work alongside software developers to support alignment of code quality, architecture, and deployment strategies with cloud infrastructure and business requirements.

Assist in monitoring project success and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned.

Stay informed on project management trends, tools, and best practices to support team adoption of innovative solutions.

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles; internships and relevant academic projects are also valuable.

Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, containerization, compute, storage, networking, and security concepts.

Some exposure to software development and coordination with teams using various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

Strong client communication skills with an ability to manage expectations and provide clear project updates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.

Awareness of AI trends and an interest in adopting GenAI practices.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher).
