The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients.   • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events

  • Compensation

  • Hiring Minimum : $21.38
  • Hiring Maximum : $22.71
  • Base pay range : $21.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr

  • Role Requirements

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and contribute to the branch business plan.
  • Technology : Proficiency with MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software; willingness to learn new technology
