Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and contribute to the branch business plan.Technology : Proficiency with MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software; willingness to learn new technologyAbout Us
