We're looking for an experienced data leader to build and scale analytics solutions across corporate functions, including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. This Director-level role requires expertise in subscription sales and marketing datasets, cloud-based data ecosystems, and leading high-performing teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you'll thrive in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment, driving impactful, world-class solutions for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists focused on corporate data and analytics.
• Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Engineering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.
• Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics.
• Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.
• Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.
• Providing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What We're Looking For

Salary Range Or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $146,700.00 Maximum : $339,300.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
