The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth of our Skin Substitute portfolio (Cohealyx™ and PermeaDerm®) within burn and trauma markets. This leader will drive strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate account penetration in the inpatient setting while establishing the foundation for future outpatient growth. Key responsibilities include developing the annual brand plan, overseeing the creation of compelling brand assets, designing sales enablement tools, executing demand generation campaigns, supporting field events, and gathering and sharing actionable commercial insights. Additionally, this role will contribute to sales training by developing training content and leading training initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager will also support long-term planning by identifying emerging market trends, understanding the evolving needs of customers and the sales team, and translating those insights into impactful marketing strategies.
