As a Triage Nurse, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking services, providing timely nursing assessments, medication support, and coordination with providers. Your work ensures the safe and effective management of client needs across outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services-while helping create a welcoming, responsive clinical environment.
