Physician / Family Practice / California / Permanent / Primary Care Physician - FQHC Job

A recognized healthcare company in California is currently seeking a licensed Family and / or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Los Angeles as a Primary Care Physician.

About the Opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday

Hours : 8am to 5pm

Specialty : Family and / or Internal Medicine

Patient Population : Underserved community health

PatientVolume : 15 to 22 per day

Responsibilities :

The Primary Care Physician will :

Managechronic conditions, monitorpatients' progress, and adjusttreatment plans as needed to maintain optimal health

Educatepatients about their health conditions and help them understand their treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications

Conductregular physical examinations to assess a patient's overall health and detect early signs of diseases or health issues

Prescribeand managemedications, including monitoring potential side effects and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Treatcommon acute illnesses, injuries, and infections

Maintainaccurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare providers

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

Board Certified in Family and / or Internal Medicine
