HRIS Reporting Analyst

The HRIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) data. This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS systems and the ability to generate insightful reports to support the organization's HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports
