Pay : $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Pasadena, CA office. If not local, remote positions are also available. Hybrid NOT available.
Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete) and a degree in structural engineering. A PE license is preferred (SE is a plus).

Job Description
Design and manage structural projects, including warehouses, tilt-up buildings, Amazon distribution centers, data centers, and multi-family developments.Prepare structural plans, specifications, and calculations for wood, steel, and concrete structures.Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.Participate in structural assessments and coordinate with contractors and architects.Contribute to business growth by supporting billable work; quarterly bonuses based on billable revenue generated.Opportunity to advance quickly into Associate-level positions with demonstrated performance.Qualifications
