Pay : $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Pasadena, CA office. If not local, remote positions are also available. Hybrid NOT available.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete) and a degree in structural engineering. A PE license is preferred (SE is a plus).

  • Substantial quarterly bonuses on top of salary / defined associate track

Job Description

  • Design and manage structural projects, including warehouses, tilt-up buildings, Amazon distribution centers, data centers, and multi-family developments.
  • Prepare structural plans, specifications, and calculations for wood, steel, and concrete structures.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.
  • Participate in structural assessments and coordinate with contractors and architects.
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting billable work; quarterly bonuses based on billable revenue generated.
  • Opportunity to advance quickly into Associate-level positions with demonstrated performance.
  • Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with experience focused on structural design (not Mechanical).
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete required).
  • PE license preferred; SE is a plus.
  • U.S.-based education preferred
  • Open to any noncitizen candidates who are legally eligible to work in the U.S. (with or without sponsorship) ..
  • Must have full-time, in-office availability if local
  • No freelance-only backgrounds; must have a stable work history in structural engineering.
