Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Description :

Completion bonus available after 13 weeks.

Candidates must ensure all prescreening documents are completed and attached upon submission.

A resume and license verification need to be attached for consideration.

If documents are not completed and attached, the candidate will not be considered.

The checklist includes state license verification, resume, and references (three).

A county criminal check for seven years for all counties lived and worked is required.

A federal criminal check for seven years or more is required.

A multi-state criminal search for seven years or more is required.

A nationwide sex offender search for seven years or more is required.

HHS / OIG search is required.

GSA search is required.

A social security number trace is required.

A two-step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray is required.

A Washington State background check with fingerprints is facility-run.

Position urgency is normal.

No holiday coverage is required.
