Marketing Associate

Your role will involve a blend of leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and operational excellence.  Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service, sales and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services.
• Customer service is key! - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Provide training and guidance to new sales representatives as they onboard. - Monitor marketing metrics and sales activities, track performance, and generate necessary daily reports. - Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness. - Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members. - Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.
