Radiology Technologist - X-ray / CT (Day and Night Shifts Available | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Competitive Pay)

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Radiology Technologist to join our close-knit Diagnostic Imaging department. In this role, you'll primarily work in X-ray and CT, though applicants with additional experience in modalities such as Mammography, MRI, or Ultrasound are also encouraged to apply. Cross-training into other modalities is available and strongly supported if you’re interested—but never required. This organization is proud to offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus — $7,500 paid immediately upon start and the remaining $7,500 paid after six months .
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality X-ray and CT imaging procedures to assist in accurate diagnosis and patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary imaging team, including technologists in MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Echo
- Ensure accurate documentation, radiation safety, and adherence to all imaging protocols
- Engage in optional hospital-wide development programs like Lean Six Sigma “Green Belt” training or department-led quality initiatives

ARRT (R) certificationNebraska Medical Radiographer LicenseValid Driver’s LicenseCompletion of an accredited Radiology Technology programPreferred but not required :
Experience or certification in CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, or UltrasoundCompensation
