Overview
Shape the Future of Aspire Centres. Since opening our first centre in 2017, Aspire has grown to 34 centres across Victoria and Western Australia, with another 80+ centres in the pipeline over the next few years. With this rapid growth comes an exciting opportunity for an Architect to help shape the look, feel, and usability of our centres, ensuring they reflect our vision while remaining practical and commercially viable.
As Architect, you will be Aspire's design advocate, working closely with our developers and project partners to ensure every centre meets Aspire's brand standards, operational needs, and community expectations. You'll review and influence designs with a focus on tenant experience — balancing compliance, usability, and cost while ensuring centres feel safe, welcoming, and functional for children, families, and educators.
This role suits a registered Architect with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for designing environments that deliver lasting value for tenants and communities.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with developers to integrate Aspire's design standards into new centres.
Ensure designs meet BCA, Australian Standards, and childcare-specific regulations.
Apply Aspire's design principles consistently across 80+ new projects in the pipeline.
