This is the final checkpoint in our process, and your attention to detail helps guarantee that customers receive products they can trust.

General Labor (Final Inspection) – 2nd Shift

Location : Northumberland, PA

Schedule : 2 : 30 PM – 12 : 30 AM (Mon–Thu) + OT on Fridays

Pay : $18 / hr + $2 / hr shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, load, and move doors and raw materials with precision and care, ensuring each step supports the smooth flow of production.
• Read and follow detailed production schedules and schematics so that every product is completed accurately and on time.
• Adjust and set equipment as necessary, monitoring operations closely to maintain consistency and avoid disruptions.
• Perform thorough quality checks at multiple points in the process to verify that all products meet required specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production activity, downtime, and adjustments to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times, contributing to a productive environment for the whole team.
• Communicate regularly with coworkers and supervisors to support collaboration and keep workflow consistent across departments.
