Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel A Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Outpatient Orthopedic Practice in Newport News, VA. We treat an Active Adult and general orthopedic patient population. Travel Take Home : $1950 - $2050 net (after tax take home) per week. Local Travel Rates : $53-$57 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first-day health benefits. Larger Clinic - 10-12 Therapists 1 hr evals, 30 min treats, no double booking 90-95% internal referrals - mostly orthopedic caseload, some neuro First Day Health / Dental / Vision Benefits. $1200 Con Ed Package 40 hours per week guaranteed Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
