A company is looking for a Training & Quality Specialist to enhance service desk operations through quality assurance and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of QA processes and monitor compliance with SLAs
Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training for team members
Create and maintain process documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
College or University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or MIS
Help Desk or Service Desk experience required
Ability to monitor projects and provide constructive feedback
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Willingness to work a shift schedule and commit to growth
