Position Summary
The Patient Access Specialist is a part of SOL Mental Health's Patient Access team and represents the "front door" to the practice. The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for matching and scheduling new patients with SOL clinicians who are well suited to support their needs, and is foundational to SOL's objective to deliver Superior Access to the communities we serve. This role requires heavy phone work, strong verbal communication, and customer service skills. This is a hybrid in-office role, with some remote work from home. The office is located in Pearland, Texas.
