- Schedule and coordinate appointments to support team operations.
- Prepare and arrange shipping functions, ensuring timely delivery of products or materials.
- Handle scanning and digital filing tasks to ensure efficient data storage.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and streamline processes.
- Assist with administrative duties to support overall office operations.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Bridgeton, New Jersey.
- Familiarity with scheduling appointments and shipping functions.
