Your offer

  • $30.37–$35.66 per hour base
  • $1.00 / hour 2nd‑shift differential
  • Variable incentive program eligibility

  • Decoding complex prints, specs, and wiring diagrams; applying practical electronics to get to root cause fast.
  • Occasionally guiding part‑time helpers and operating a power truck to move materials or access equipment.
  • Safety without compromise : lockout / tagout every time, fall protection when working 6 feet or higher, restore guards and safety devices after each job, and perform electrical tasks to National Electrical Code standards.
  • Environmental stewardship through procedure adherence, waste‑reduction ideas, organized workspaces, and consistent product / process quality within our plant manufacturing principles.

  • Maintenance mechanic apprenticeship with electrical training, or equivalent education
  • 6+ months’ experience as a maintenance mechanic with electrical exposure in manufacturing or similar
  • Forklift driving ability
  • High school diploma / GED (accredited)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strengths that set you apart

  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
  • 120 / 208 / 240 / 480 V power systems
  • Motor PM, repair, and replacement
  • Hydraulic systems knowledge
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair; NEC familiarity
  • Troubleshooting industrial automation
  • Electrical / electronic systems; blueprint interpretation
  • Tech you’ll handle

  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
  • Press brakes
