Treasury Public Trust SOC Analyst

A company is looking for a Tier 1 SOC Analyst to support a cybersecurity program for the Department of the Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security events from various sources including SIEM and network traffic

Investigate and respond to security incidents, escalating as necessary

Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify risks

Required Qualifications

3+ years of SOC experience in a federal or enterprise environment

Active Department of Treasury clearance

Strong understanding of security tools such as SIEM and endpoint protection

Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and other federal cybersecurity frameworks

Bachelor's Degree
