Manage digital project dependencies and program constructs to ensure effective execution of HR innovation solutions.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational values and comply with global standards.
Establish formal and informal communication channels to ensure interdependencies are understood and managed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including global privacy, compliance, procurement, business teams and other project stakeholders to identify and document risks and issues; ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
