Buyer – Heavy-Duty Truck & Automotive Aftermarket Parts Miami , FL

|Supply Chain / Purchasing Manager About Us SAP USA Truck & Auto Parts is a leading importer & distributor of  heavy-duty truck and automotive aftermarket parts , supplying customers across the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

  • Our product lines include braking systems, drivetrain, rotating electrical, water pumps, and other components from top global manufacturers.
  • The Role We’re looking for an experienced  Buyer  to source, negotiate, and purchase OEM & aftermarket truck / auto components.
  • You’ll manage vendor relationships, secure competitive pricing, and ensure timely product availability to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • What You’ll Do Source & purchase HD truck & automotive aftermarket parts & components.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with domestic & international suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels & sales trends to optimize stock.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse & Logistics on demand planning.
  • Manage purchase orders, shipments, and customs processes.
  • Maintain accurate product & cost data in ERP (NetSuite).
  • What We’re Looking For 3+ years purchasing experience in heavy-duty truck or automotive aftermarket.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM & aftermarket supply chains.
  • Proven negotiation skills with global vendors.
  • Experience in international purchasing, incoterms, freight, and customs.
  • Netsuite ERP experience a plus; bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
