We’re hiring a Material Handler (Raw Materials) to support our Distribution Department by ensuring raw materials are accurately staged and delivered to production lines on time. You'll be a key player in maintaining inventory accuracy and production flow. This is a Direct Hire position.

Shift : 1st shift 5am–3pm Monday-Thursday

Pay : $17-$19 / hr + Weekly KPI Bonus up to $2 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

Stage and transport raw materials per shop orders

Ensure FIFO compliance and accurate documentation

Communicate shortages and verify materials

Operate forklifts / pallet jacks (certification a plus)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications :

1–2 years of warehouse / material handling experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Basic computer / data entry skills
