• ???? What You’ll Do :

Oversee all plumbing install and service production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to company standards

Dispatch, monitor, and support a growing team of top-performing plumbers and helpers

Drive performance metrics and create plans to maximize efficiency and profitability

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and deliver 5-star customer experiences

Lead daily huddles and coach your team for growth, safety, and success

Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet related to the plumbing division

Minimum 5 years of plumbing leadership experience (residential preferred)

Strong understanding of residential plumbing installs, service, and code compliance

Proven success in managing field teams and production KPIs

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure

A servant leader who can build trust, deliver results, and bring out the best in others

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
