• Develop and manage personalized care plans for patients
• Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, recovery processes, and self-care
