We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join a well-established insurance agency in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid role with strong earning potential and the opportunity to work with a professional, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
- Provide accurate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business opportunities
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and account servicing with attention to detail and compliance
- Utilize agency systems including Epic, Quote Rush, Citizens Insurance (Easylinks), RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- Represent the agency at client meetings and community events in a professional manner
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and client retention goals
