Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC-A) based in San Antonio, TX. The LPC-A will provide therapeutic counseling services to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress. The role includes individual, group, and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention. The LPC-A will work closely with other mental health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Current LPC-A license in the state of Texas
• Counseling, Crisis Intervention, and Therapy skills
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals
• Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
• Experience working in a clinical setting is a plus
