A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle-Customer Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform customer care activities related to billing and patient account balance collection
Resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, billing issues, and treatment authorizations
Ensure productivity standards are met and maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Knowledge of government and non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
Understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices
Certification as HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
