IU Health is seeking a General Oncologist to join our practice in the Indianapolis area. Locations will include our CICC Methodist, CICC Fishers, the IU Health Joe & Shelly Schwarz Cancer Center, and CICC East !
- Part-time employment opportunity for general oncology adult patients
30 hours per / week
Includes full benefits100% clinical75% outpatient, 15% inpatientAt least 8 weekends of call annually (inpatient)Key Responsibilities
Provide independent judgement in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care planOversee the team and residents / medical students in all aspects of their assigned dutiesProvide medical education and multidisciplinary team coordination servicesParticipate in clinical research projects of interest in cooperation with the medical research departmentMinimum job requirements
