OTR Truck Driver | Up to $1.00 CPM | Thanksgiving at HOME!

If you’re the kind of driver who believes hard work should pay off, this opportunity is for you. We’re looking for experienced Over-the-Road CDL-A drivers who want great pay, dependable miles, and time off they can count on — including Thanksgiving and the day after if requested.

This position offers long, steady runs, flexible earned time off, and a pay structure that rewards safety, consistency, and loyalty.

What You Can Expect :

Mileage Pay : $0.97–$1.00 per mile

Schedule : 18 days on, 5 days off through Thanksgiving

Time Off : Home for Thanksgiving (and the day after if requested)

Work the Saturday after Thanksgiving for 25 days straight

Then take up to 5 days of earned time off

Note : No PTO may be used the week of Christmas or the following week

Freight : Full truckload, dry van (less than 2% Hazmat freight)

Pay & Incentives :

Sign-On Bonus available

Anniversary Bonus : $100 for each year of continuous service

Detention Pay : Starts after just 1 hour

Safety-Based Raises : Earn increases at designated mileage intervals, up to a high cap

Hazmat Premium : Extra pay per mile for placarded loads

CSA Safety Bonus : Every 90 days — $1,025 (Hazmat endorsed) or $825 + 8 hours paid time off

On-Road Safety Bonus : $600 every 90 days

Referral Program : Earn additional income for each driver you refer
