Contracts and IP Paralegal

A company is looking for a Contracts and Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate contract drafting, redlining, and execution while ensuring compliance with terms and conditions

Develop and implement strategies for the protection and management of trademarks and patents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on intellectual property matters and provide regular reporting on contract and IP issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of experience in commercial contract preparation and administration; healthcare industry experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree and relevant paralegal or contracts experience; 4 years of directly related experience may substitute for education

Contract Management Certification or Paralegal certificate required

Prior experience as a corporate paralegal or in intellectual property management

Experience with trademark and patent processes is a plus
