Radiology - Interventional Physician

Location : Hospital in Urbana, IL Position : Interventional Radiology Locum Physician Requirements : MD or DO Board Certified / Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology Active Illinois License (IL CS and DEA required) Proof of COVID-19 vaccination Schedule : Monday to Friday : 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM Call : 1 week out of every 6 weeks Onsite orientation required prior to first assignment (typically set for 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM), including physical, drug screening, immunization review, administrative paperwork, and EPIC Training. Licensing Restriction : Candidates must currently hold an active Illinois license. Travel : If within driving distance, round-trip mileage and lodging are covered. For those out of driving distance, indicate the need for flights. Compensation : $450.00 per hour Orientation rate for the weekday prior to first assignment (7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM) Submission Requirements : BC / BE in Interventional Radiology (Required) Active Illinois License (Required) Availability as requested (Required) Notes : Preference for candidates with clean and easy-to-credential backgrounds.
