About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a client-facing environment, and brings an elevated approach to service. You'll work closely with our stylists and clients to create exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized styling and client service with the highest level of professionalism

Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive loyalty and growth

Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain overall store presentation

Assist with inventory management and daily store operations to ensure efficiency

Provide support for in-store events and trunk shows, enhancing the client experience

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related client-facing role

Naturally outgoing, empathetic, and able to connect with diverse clients

Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills, ensuring a seamless client journey

Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively

Passionate about elevated, refined fashion and styling

Flexible schedule with availability on weekends
